The Championship Gaming Series is taking registrations right now for teams of 6 for free for Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source, and 1.6. The prizes are as followed: Team Fortress 2: Place

I got to thinking, maybe we should have a Voogru team for Team Fortress 2?
If you don't know, CGS is a big deal, I think. I've seen it on TV on G4, and it's pretty cool.
If you guys think this is a good idea, let me know. I personally probably won't be on the team (I could be a sub though).
Post here if you want to be on the Team, but it's not really up to me of who's in and who's out. If it becomes a debate, we could have a vote, let me decide, or let Voogru (Smurf) decide. It would be BEST if you had a mic, but not required. We would also need a team captain.
Since this is all free, I thought this would be a good idea. I also thought that some of the money (If we end up winning some) should go to the Voogru server.
Keep in mind the class restrictions and what you want to be: - 2 Soldiers
- 2 Snipers
- 2 Scouts
- 2 Pyros
- 2 Engineer
- 2 Heavies
- 2 Spies
- 1 Demomen
- 1 Medics
Tell me if you guys think this is a good idea. Registration ends 9/3/08 and the whole thing starts 9/10/08.

I'm not completely sure if we can get people who are under 18 in. I doubt they will check, but we'll never know. I'm sure it would be fine, but we could end up disqualified. |

Just a little info since i follow some of the top teams in the esl.
Its like the europe top league of gamers.
Most teams are made of
2 demo
1 medic
1 soldier
1 hwy
1 scout
i never saw any spy/eng/pyro/sniper
no crits server and ff is on
Medic crit über works
Just a little reminder, they play the classic maps like dusbowl well etc... CP maps | |
