This will cover how to access the new subscriber privileges.
First you will need to log onto the server and then open the console ( the 'tilde' key next to the 1). If your console is not enabled or nothing happens when you try to open the console follow these steps.
Go to options, under the keyboard tab click on the advanced button and "enable developer console". 
Once you have the console open you will need to link your forum account to your player account to access the subscriber control panel.
The syntax for the command is: linkaccount forumusername forumpassword
If your username contains spaces, or your password contains spaces, they must be enclosed in quotes.
For example:
linkaccount "the username" "the password"
Once your account is linked, the control panel can be found here: http://www.voogru.com/?v=usercp
To preview your setinfo in the game, you may use the "previewsetinfo" command. This will show the setinfo to only you to give you an idea what it looks like. If you want to make rapid changes to your setinfo to try different combinations of text/colors, you can setup TF2 to run in windowed mode and alt tab in an out of TF2 to make changes.

Just a heads up, you can only register when you are connected to a server.

There will eventually be:
@MYNAME@ which will be your name, but its not active yet. Meanwhile, just put your name 
Ideas for other variables will be considered, so if you want one that doesnt exist just speak up. |

Is there a way or can you move the message down a line or two? It is obscured by the game time at the top of the game.
NM, figured it out using l33t escape character skillz.

Very awesome CP. I can't believe this is all tracked. Must put a heavy amount of data considering how many people come by and by. Dang I've only played 1 week, 1 day, 14 hours, 55 minutes, & 47 seconds total =/. I feel nub.

Schizoid, you're definitely flip. I knew that even before you posted your pic. Wanna know how I knew? Your display pic was of the pacman, and I luff the pacman (and boxing for that matter).

100% flip, Chron! I knew you were from our part of Southeast Asia cuz no one but flips & se asians love the pacman! I was born in Manila & came to the US when I was 5. Could you tell from my pic that I'm Filipino? Lots of people here in San Diego think I'm Mexican. I have like a drop of Spanish blood from like 6 generations ago.
(that's not me in my avatar btw, but I long to have a flip-fro and a fighting cock! yeeah!)
