Donators are people who donate money, not 10 silly posts.

Putting silly posts to increase your post count is not a good thing, we were about to ban you because we thought you might have been a bot working up enough crap posts to send a bunch of private message spam, because the only thing you need 10 posts for is private messages to non-admins, and to be able to post links.

Lucky for you, I investigated and found out that you were a player from the server.

It appears that occasionally paypal does not fire my IPN script. I have manually added you into the table so you should be able to use it now.

UPDATE 2: It appears that IPN messages are not being sent when e-checks clear. Our technical teams are still working on this issue, and we will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

intermittently unavailable since Saturday February 9, 2008 7:00 AM
PST (February 9, 2008 3:00 PM GMT).

The form doesn't accept unicode characters, it converts them to their hex values.

Also, a few variable ideas:
Class
Time (in hours or hours:minutes:seconds)
Server (just the name of the server)
Connections (for the heck of it) @NAME@ bashed his head on the server wall @CONNECTIONS@ times.
Random (number) (also for the heck of it )

For something like:
SUBJECT: @NAME@
EDUCATION: @TIME@ on voogru.com TF2
POSITION: @CLASS@
SECURITY CLEARANCE: @AUTHID@

It's instant unless he paid with an eCheck or some other type of payment that takes longer to verify. (Or if he put in his SteamID incorrectly)
