    I'm trying to keep credits for non-gameplay mods only. Another one I'm thinking of doing is allowing you to apply effects to weapons (and these would only last until class changes or map change).

    But it would be cheap to do.

    Would be cool to see people with more flaming axes.

    You could add an option to change the size of your character. If it didn't change the speed or power, it wouldn't be a balancing issue.

    Making players smaller is quite useful for spies and snipers. Spies can be more sneaky if they are a little bit smaller, same for snipers. Harder to see and hit.

    One thing I can do though is make hands, torso and head larger without it affecting anything. So you can have weapons that are 300% larger to scare people, but in reality do nothing extra.

    Another thing I thought of, is making weapons funny, but terrible. So for example, a minigun that shoots rockets. The rockets do the same amount of damage as the individual bullets from the minigun, but are obviously much slower.

    The weapon is absolutely worthless, but does scare the shit out of people when they see it.
