    What's for dinner?

I have a sincere devotion to food. So I thought the topic worthy of its own thread. I also happen to be really hungry. Dinner is cooking on the stove and it smells really good.

So tonight I'm making chicken korma. It's pretty simple. It's basically a bunch of spices fried in hot oil (bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, onion, coriander, fresh ginger, garlic), then you add chopped tomatoes and the chicken, and a bit of cream at the end. Yummmmmmm. Did I mention I'm hungry?

I also thought that Thief (being a food-lover's website buff) would especially like this thread.

I make 4 quarts of tomato sauce because my husband has been begging for it, I tried to gove him sauce from the store bur he won't eat it! And I made chicken, pesto raviolis.

Now Mr Vengeance has a few Tupperware ready for his favorite food, la pasta with homemade tomato sauce!
