Default Superbowl commercials (The green police)

I can't stop laughing at this.

What makes this particularly scary though, is that some of this is actually happening.

I just found out about our city’s alleged ‘Green Police’—officers of the state’s Department of Environmental Conservation.

Which leaves me asking: Where have they been my whole life? And why aren’t there more of them?

Overall my favorite was probably the casual office attire commercial and the Ray Charles one. That bud light autotune one needs to die.

What is scary about that? Not sure you could exactly call 20 or less employees trying to keep the city environment clean a waste of money. Especially in a city with tons of foot traffic and pedestrians basically right next to vehicles all day.

Thief, instead of Ray Charles do you mean the VW one with Stevie Wonder? I don't remember seeing Ray Charles. The 'autotune' is also not ringing a bell. I'll go search.

The BL autotune was humorous to me... because I have friends like that. The casual office attire was alright, I thought it would be better broken into 2 15-second spots. I also liked the Denny's set for the free Grand Slam, but they showed a 'real' chicken way too early. Also props to Doritos, for having the funniest little kid not in a high chair (E-trade). Boo on a poor remake by Bud, with a horse and a cow.

I didn't like the 'green police' commercial by Honda (?) because I've heard of actual crews like that. Not to where they enforce laws, but they could whip out a citation for littering or something like that.

It starts small, then snowballs into people getting astronomical fines for stupid shit.

Most things people do have their heart in the right place, but people tend to go overboard.

That was actually a pretty terrifying commercial.

They tried to make 1984 a comedy.
