| | Re: Week Long Vegetarian Challenge I had a roommate I did this with a few years ago. Can't remember who started it or how it came about but we were going to go an entire month with vegan/vegetarian food only. Three days and I bought 5 double cheeseburgers at McDonalds to catch my body back up on what it had been missing. I really should cut down on the meat though. Specifically fried stuff with meat in it lol. |

| | Re: Week Long Vegetarian Challenge I was raised on a ranch, so beef or pork was there nearly every meal. My family also hunts, so if it wasn't beef or pork it was elk, antelope or deer. As i got older the list of meats included moose, bear, rattlesnake, mountain lion, feral hog and a few others.
In fact I shot a feral hog back in February, a black bear in August and an antelope in October.
I don't think my body would handle something if meat wasn't involved somehow... |
