Join a TF2 server, open the console (enabled in advanced keyboard options) and type "status", it will list all of the current players and their info. Steamid will look like:
STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXXX
Replying with the correct steamid here should get the problem fixed

You were in the voogru steam group so I just looked yours up, its STEAM_0:1:1695909.

I think I sent everything correctly through donation, and I still can't get into voogru when full. I just double checked my steam id, i guess if someone knows how to fix it:

Your donator slot is fine, which server are you trying to get into?

Also the steam ui might not allow you to connect when it thinks a server is full (24/24 when in reality its 24/25) so try using the console and "connect tf.voogru.net"

Hey guys, I made a donation yesterday & my name is on the list but I'm still being block from joining when the servers full. I tried both going though the console & though the TF2 ui . Can a Admin check my Steam Id to make sure everythings ok. My Id is STEAM_0:0:12618284

I'm good now but you may want to change the first post to say to log in by IP as the names (ie. tf2.voogru.***) aren't mapped to the right IP's I was told

Yeah, Im pretty sure I messed up my steam ID as well. Google'd how to find it and grabbed a program that threw a number at me, which I inputted: However, it doesnt appear to be in the correct format.

Currently it is a 10$ lump sum forever, but it is being debated whether to turn it into a 2.50$ a month subscription or something along those lines. In which case if you donated the current 10$ fee now it would be transferred to 4 months.
