Mr.Burke heads to Tenpenny Towers after you accept the quest, it's near the SW of map. If you blow up Megaton, you get a room at Tenpenny. Make sure you finish the whole Wasteland Survival Guide quest in Megaton first, depending on how well you did and your replies to Moira you get an awesome special perk (6% rad resist, 6% poison resist, and anouther bonus at best). Or convince her to not write the book and get the Dream Crusher perk, enemies crit change reduced 50%.

You don't even need to finish the quest, she survives as a ghoul in the Underworld in the D.C. ruins and you can do the quest from there.

Also I thank this thread for reminding me I need to ransack the late Mr. Burke's house in Megaton.

I was making reference to this. I didn't think you were talking about the weight, but instead talking about Walter who gives a scrap metal quest. It's a common problem for him to bug out and disappear thus rendering your chance to turn in collected scrap metal useless (although Underworld has an alternative quest featuring scrap metal)

Sorry I didn't explain in more detail, I felt like hell this morning, and had a hard time structuring coherent thoughts until about noon

Ah, now it makes sense. Yeah, Walter gives 50 caps each.... which I don't need the caps all that much. I know that if he's not in his pump house, he's in the bar. I haven't seen him totally bug out yet. Thanks anyway!

Lucky you! Anyways glad you're digging it. If you like Power Armor, you'll love the "Shoot Em In The Head" quest given by a ghoul in Underworld

That quest is an awful lot of goose chasing, just to find out you can get this badass PA at the very end... if you double-cross the palooka ghoul who hired you. Still one of the most enjoyable quests for its simplicity. Surprisingly, it crushed me to have to kill Tenpenny, seeing as how I'd been living in his tower since near start-game. (Had high Explosive skills even without Mentats; took quest from Burke immediately; lived in TP towers happily ever after)

Another good quest having to do with the towers is the continuation of that encounter with the ghoul who first loitered out in front of the towers. While helping the ghouls kind of ruins the towers permanently, you do get that awesome Ghoul Mask. Very useful for exploring places where the likes of Glowing Ones and Ferals roam.
