| | Re: Dodgeaball TK map Well everyone obviously wouldn't be a fan of such a map, so I'd say let's not make it something dedicated to TK'ing, just a map that it can happen very easily on. Along the lines of Platforms. Maybe a map where everyone is in their own little box, and you can only see out of the box, not into other's boxes. Trying to give it a sort of mysterious feel, so that you wouldn't know the rocket is coming at you by seeing it, but you'd still be able to hear it and catch it if you're quick enough. Possibly adding pipes between the boxes, so that any rocket that is traveling towards a teammate would be invisible, but keep the rockets able to pass through the pipes, a la Spacedust's floor style. Also, the rockets would need to start out fast. Slow rockets don't make TK's. |

everyone is floating in his own box hanging in space. Box matches size of pyro, so it's impossible to move (only look around). You can look through the box (glass-like thing), rockets/nukes can go through of course. No movement, just tk purpose lol. |

| | Re: Dodgeaball TK map I think Platforms and Nuketoss B6 are the best TK maps! If you could take the best tk'ing features from both these maps it would be ideal.
Platforms
- here the rockets/nukes immediately look for another target and don't hit the wall or something else(usually). Making it good for the "suicide tk".
- you are close enough to your teammates so they have a hard time defending the tk
Nuketoss B6
- here your on your own little pod, when you orbit the nuke and "fool" it, it finds its next target(your teammate).
- the nukes are easy to spike at the ground, or your teammates pod to send them flying off
So if you were to build a new one it should have both nukes and rockets that dodge obstructions, death if you fall off your pod, close to your teammates but not too close where they can steal your nukes.
It would be cool if there was a walk strip behind the pods so you can walk or bend a nuke around your teammates pod(so they can't steal) then blast it on their pod.
Just some ideas I had for a good TK map. Anyone else have any other ideas?
