Default db_towers

Objective:
The round starts with 4 neutral towers, which will fire their cannons randomly at both teams. Players can capture towers, which will then fire off rockets at the opposing team only.

Change Log:

b3 (6/22/09)
- Towers are now disabled until captured.
- Fixed terrain near tower D.
- Raised the lower front banners a tad (was totally blocking player view before.
- Reduced the environment lighting 50%.

b2 (6/21/09)
- Created a 3D skybox and moved most of the surrounding mountain detail into it. Will add trees to the 3D skybox later.
- Added a few optimizations.
- Removed quite a few tree models until the map stabalizes.
- Resolved players crashing with memory error.

b1 (6/21/09)
- First Release
- Crashes players with a memory error.

Nice, finally a real mission oriented version! Looks pretty cool too.

It looks great, unfortunately it's causing players to crash with memory write errors... while the server is fine. =\ So, can't do much with this one in playtesting until we figure out what's causing it. I'm hoping it's just too many trees or something, which I'm going to move a lot of them to the 3D skybox now that it seems to function ok with the current terrain.

Beta 3 released... player crashing is confirmed to be fixed in beta 2.

This has been in testing for awhile now. The only thing that I know of that needs fixing are the player clips. Anything else?
