Perm ban second notice

I got banned yesterday for: Music spam,Disrespect and was never told nor hinted to stop for me it usually worked as the game ended i'd play the FF victory song sometimes welcommed sometimes not.
Disrespect at second notic for saying that voogru staff members always stack thier team, this time they got thier asses handed to em by a PUG (pick up group) and I was especially smug about that.

I've most likly been perm-banned by thief as he was the only admin on our team.

I'd like to be un perm-ban as its alitle TO severe, that was my case.

Not only have I personally given you a temporary ban in the past for spamming music (hence the "Second offense" reason); but this time you were once again warned and gagged, and when ungagged you chose to continue to insult players and donators with language that is not acceptable.

I would like to believe most intelligent people would learn not to do the same things which got them banned in the past, but with you this does not seem to be the case.

Aside from the music (which you were spamming at the BEGINNING of a round for the entire 'Setup' period, not the end of a round), utilizing such charming one-liners as "Look at all the donator stackage with their faggoty shields" and the classic "Kill all faggots" would usually earn you a vacation on their own.

Admins here are very lax, players are ALWAYS given the benefit of the doubt in that users like yourself are not permanently banned for their first offense, in the hopes they will learn from their mistakes and become an active and welcome member of the community. I guess the most we can hope for is a sensible apology and acknowledgment that you realize your actions violate server rules, but alas you have shown you are not interested in the above.

In short, I wish you good luck in finding new servers to play on.

Liar I didn't get gagged as for music spam it is stated above if you don't like it, tell me and i'lle stop.
Your itchy ban trigger goes hand in hand with twisting words as I didn't say kill all faggots.

Also setup time isn't a meaningfull phase of the game also none of the players where complaining about it only you and you didn't speak out about it, you being terribly unreasonable about this as rules arn't stated on the server only the words lameass wich is a very broad guideline.

I am apologizing for being to brash about to other players yet your smug attitude and arrogance is preventing you from seeing that, I'm not sorry for the music I am sorry for language than yet again no players complained at the moment of the ban and actually outright agreed about the stacked team vs PUG.

You know, there's this useful feature in TF2 (and all Source games) that allows you to record demos of games in progress. I mention this because admins are required to have evidence prior to a permanent ban such as this, and these demos often serve as said evidence. So with that in mind, the whole "liar" concept doesn't exactly hold any weight, and since you're blatantly being untruthful about the offenses you've committed, it's safe to say that you're probably lying about everything else as well. We won't even get into the fact that your latest post was quite possibly the worst way to go about the situation.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not particularly sorry to see you go. Best of luck on other servers.

We don't particularly like voice comm. spammers, while it’s a minor offense, you were banned temporarily due to voice spam, when you came back, you voice spammed again. You can’t really say “I didn’t know there was a rule about no voice spam”.

I heard the statements in the demo and didn't like the misc comments from you, we try to run a friendly enviroment here and your comments in my eyes were hostile.
