I'm not sure 100% on how the ban policy works around here but this guy was playing a ton of annoying music. We did a vote kick on him and I haven't seen him back since but figured I'd post this anyway just in case anything further needs to be done. I don't have any proof but the server logs should show him there with people complaining and me initiating a vote kick on him twice (the other team didn't know what was up).

Which brings me to my next question what is the vote ratio required for a vote to go through? It seemed most of the team this guy was on voted to kick him and the other team had very few yes votes and it failed the first time around.

I also can't tell you the server. I connect using an alias that cycles through the addresses and I never pay attention to which one I end up in. I can only tell you it was dustbowl and I know thats useless information.

In cases like these they rarely come back after the temp ban. If it becomes a problem you can contact an administrator so they can take the appropriate action while they are still on the server.

As for the vote ratio voogru would be the only one that that info.

Add all of the admins to your friends list so that you can pm one of them immediately next time an offender is present. Very effective -- you can always count on one the admins' swift action.

Vote kicks are popular vote. The option with the most hits wins. People who don't vote don't count.
