How to make a Ban Request

There are a few things that are needed in order to initiate a ban request. Please note that if there is anything that should be said in private, send a PM to one of the admins. Moreover, if you have any questions or concerns regarding an issue involved in ban requests, don't hesitate to PM me. Anyways, here is what is required:

1. Player name and or SteamID.

This is the most important bit of information necessary.

2. Reason for request

In brief, explain the reason for the ban request. This doesn't need to be longer than a paragraph.

3. Evidence

Screenshot - Probably one of the easiest and best kinds of evidence to get.

Demo - "record demonamehere" in console, no quotes to start recording a demo. either quit TF2 or type "stop" in console to stop recording.

Condump - "condump" in console to create a text-console dump.

4. Any other Information

These details include:

1. Who was involved
2. Time of the event
3. Which server the event took place
4. Any other information you feel may be necessary to be known
