Ok, I should have been more thorough, I was just frustrated that it took me like 5 minutes to alt tab out and back and got in a hurry.
Basically several people left the server because the guy was so offensive, and several more kept having to switch teams because they "Coudn't deal with him" anymore.
I will try to be more careful next time, I just feel like when it gets bad enough that friendly people are leaving the server it is a bad thing for the community. It's not fun for anyone when someone uses alot of gross sexual references and racial slurs to refer to other players constantly.
I should still have gotten a screen shot of the stuff in chat even though it was far worse in voice chat.

If he does it again, or anyone does to that fact, just inform everyone of what you are doing and do a vote_kick in console.  |

if someone is being a douchebag and everyone on the server hates him, just do vote_kick phay in console, and he will be banned for 15 minutes |

Remember though, if an admin is online, ask the admin first before you innitiate a vote kick. Just inform the admin so that they we can take proper action. That's our job.

Though perhaps an instruction about demoing in the MOTD might help?

people are usually too stupid to vote off someone who is clearly doing something wrong anyway because they dont care if its not their team or if the person is leaving them alone |
