Not sure what you're complaints are. Their recent cuts have nothing to do with the gameplay. The core game is still there. All the leveling through PvP is still there. The endgame zones where the cities would be are still there. They just don't have those classes in. It's working fine in beta, very balanced, so i'm sure it's not gonna be drastically different in the end game.
